Fallout Boy is a character portrayed by Milhouse Van Houten in "Radioactive Man," episode 2 of The Simpsons' seventh season. This episode aired in 1995.

In the episode, Springfield is chosen as the filming location for a Radioactive Man movie. Milhouse auditions for, and surprisingly wins, the role of Radioactive Man's sidekick, Fallout Boy.

Milhouse's portrayal of Fallout Boy is met with mixed reactions, and he ultimately quits the production due to the pressures and demands of the role. The character is an affectionate parody of sidekicks common in superhero comics and films.
